We are looking for fit, reliable individuals who are keen to be part of our team in Appleby for winter pruning and tree training

Responsibilities

• Pruning fruit trees and vines
• Tree training and maintenance

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided
• Positive "can-do" attitude, a strong work ethic, punctual and organised
• Flexibility to work extended hours
• Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work with individuals from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Willing to work in all weather conditions to ensure that our apples are inspected
• Pruning requires use of secateurs, loppers, and handsaws, so confident to be able to use these tools
• You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand. We welcome applications from New Zealand citizens, residents, and those on valid working visas (including Working Holiday Visas)
• You must also been in New Zealand to be able to apply for this position
