Description

Provide real-time support to customers on hire, troubleshooting issues and managing cases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide real-time support to guests via calls and messaging
  • Troubleshoot vehicle and service-related issues
  • Manage customer cases end-to-end with accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with branches, contractors, and suppliers
  • Handle customer complaints professionally
  • Support insurance claims processing

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service and complaint resolution
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in fast-paced environment
  • Confident using Outlook, Excel, and CRM platforms
  • Proactive, resilient, and team-focused attitude
