Welcome and support customers through campervan rentals in busy tourism operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at vehicle collection and return
• Complete rental agreements and customer paperwork
• Familiarize customers with vehicle features and safe driving practices
• Provide travel plans and itinerary advice
• Support frontline sales and customer reviews
• Assist with vehicle quality checks and re-cleans

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication
• Computer literacy and confidence using systems
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
• Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends
• Full driver licence advantageous
