Provide exceptional customer service at a helicopter scenic flight base in the heart of Mt Cook National Park.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and explain Aoraki Mt Cook experiences
• Process payments and manage invoicing through aviation system
• Conduct safety briefings and assist with passenger loading/unloading
• Perform flight following and radio calls
• Create and manage client and agent bookings
• Maintain daily and monthly operational records
• Assist with sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

• Eligible to work in New Zealand
• Full New Zealand Drivers License
• Excellent planning and communication skills
• Well-developed computer and IT skills
• Attention to detail with quotes and bookings
• Must live within the McKenzie District
• Fluency in Mandarin desirable
