Description

Team member position at Urbanz Adventure Hostels providing reception and hospitality services in central Christchurch.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and front desk services
• Assist with hostel operations and guest check-in/out
• Provide on-call service once per week for guest emergencies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of facilities
• Create welcoming atmosphere for international guests

Requirements

• Minimum 3-month commitment
• Reception work experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
• Enthusiastic, dynamic, and solid work ethic
• Valid NZ work visa
