Description

Support 6-week cherry planting role with physically active outdoor work establishing young orchard blocks during winter season.

Responsibilities

• Plant cherry trees to required spacing and standards
• Prepare planting areas and handle young trees with care
• Carry out general orchard labouring tasks including pruning
• Work efficiently outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow health and safety instructions at all times
• Support team to complete planting targets on time

Requirements

• Must have own transport
• Be physically fit
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable and hardworking attitude

Benefits

• $24 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
