Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant / bar operations in a tranquil environment
• Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Train and motivate staff to align with our values of hospitality, community, and sustainability
• Address international guest feedback and inquiries effectively
• Assist with other departments when needed
• keeping things running smoothly from ambiance to service

Requirements

• Must hold at least an LCQ (License Controller Qualification), with a preference for a Manager's Certificate
• Must have current NZ working holiday or work visa – NO sponsorship or sponsorship transfer available
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Previous practical boutique hospitality experience required
• Knowledge of day to day F&B systems
• High standards and commitment to enhancing guest satisfaction
• Strong conversational English
