Welcome customers for campervan rentals, provide travel advice, and support day-to-day operations at the Queenstown branch.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at vehicle collection and return
• Complete rental agreements and paperwork accurately
• Familiarise customers with vehicle features and driving practices
• Support customers with travel plans and itinerary advice
• Help drive frontline sales and customer reviews
• Follow thl standard operating procedures
• Assist with vehicle quality checks and re-cleans

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Genuine passion for helping people
• Enjoy working in a busy team environment
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy and confidence using systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work rotating roster including weekends
• Previous customer service experience
