Welcome and assist customers with campervan rentals in Queenstown, providing travel advice and ensuring high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers at vehicle collection and return
• Complete rental agreements and customer paperwork accurately
• Familiarise customers with vehicle features and safe driving practices
• Support customers with travel plans and itinerary advice
• Drive frontline sales and positive customer reviews
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Assist with vehicle quality checks and re-cleans

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
• Computer literacy and confidence using systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Team-focused approach and willingness to support
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
• Previous customer service experience
• Full driver licence (advantageous)
