Winter pruning position for kiwifruit orchards in Motueka requiring overhead work with lopers.

Responsibilities

• Winter pruning of kiwifruit plants
• Operating lopers above head for 8 hours daily
• Working under pergola structures
• Maintaining pruning quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to hold lopers above head for extended periods
• Physical fitness for outdoor work
• Ideal height between 5ft 4in to 6ft for pergola work
• Ability to work in winter weather conditions
