Description

Head bartender position at Lionel's Bar, requiring mixology experience and seasonal availability.

Responsibilities

• Work a fixed roster with shifts from 12pm-late (around 9pm) 5 days per week
• Work alongside our management team to be creative and develop new cocktails in line with seasonal produce
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to consistent quality and presentation standards
• Ensure that bar is set up, well stocked and ready for service at all times
• Manage orders coming over the bar, counter, and phone
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Assist guests with various enquiries relating to restaurant, hotel, and local tourism
• Ensure that Responsible Service of Alcohol/Liquor Licensing guidelines are adhered to

Requirements

• Experience Necessary
• At least 1 years experience in similar role
• Strong beverage knowledge
• Mixology, cocktail experience
• Confident and adaptable service skills
• Must be available to start in September and work until April 2027
