Engage with the public to raise funds for charity partners and build lasting supporter relationships.

Responsibilities

• Approaching members of the public in high-traffic areas to initiate conversations about our charity partners and their causes
• Explaining the impact of donations and persuasively encouraging supporters to set up regular giving arrangements
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any questions or concerns from prospective donors
• Maintaining detailed records of all donor interactions and ensuring data is accurately captured

Requirements

• Proven experience in a customer-facing, sales or fundraising role, with a track record of exceeding targets
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with the public
• Genuine passion for supporting charitable causes and making a positive difference in the community
• Resilience and determination to overcome objections and keep a positive attitude
• Strong planning and organisational skills to manage your time effectively
