Description

Seasonal plant and machinery operator role driving kumara harvesters and kumara plant weeding.

Responsibilities

• Operate kumara harvester machinery
• Drive kumara harvester with valid license
• Perform kumara plant weeding
• Work between 7am-midday for weeding or 8am-5pm for harvesting
• Work any day between Monday-Sunday depending on weather

Requirements

• Previous plant and machinery operation experience (for operator role)
• Valid NZ or international driver's license (for operator role)
• Available to commit to full harvest season (Feb 23 - May 15)
• Own transport to get to and from work
• Valid New Zealand working visa or NZ citizenship
• Valid IRD and bank account number
• Extremely reliable, hardworking, and physically fit
• Own sleeping accommodation within camper van
