Description

Hands-on welding role working on dairy sheds, silos, and farm infrastructure across Canterbury for 8-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair welding on agricultural infrastructure
• Flux core and solid wire welding
• General fabrication, cutting, fitting, and assembly work
• Travelling to farms and rural sites throughout Canterbury
• Working both in workshop and on-site

Requirements

• Proven welding and fabrication experience
• Experience with flux core and solid wire welding
• Ability to read plans and work accurately
• Can work with minimal supervision and use initiative
• Full driver's licence
• Strong commitment to health and safety
