Description

Full-time recruitment coordinator role in Auckland CBD focusing on creative recruitment strategies and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Hosting gameified group interview sessions for brand ambassadors
  • Connecting with people to identify their strengths
  • Completing pre-employment checks including interviews and screening
  • Assisting with on-boarding new hires
  • Designing and advertising recruitment campaigns creatively
  • Collaborating with team to achieve recruitment goals

Requirements

  • Available full-time Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
  • New Zealand citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid full-time work visa
  • Located in Auckland and able to commute to CBD daily
  • Currently in New Zealand at time of application
  • Confident, outgoing and bubbly personality
