Responsibilities

• Work as line chef in fast-paced Mexican restaurant kitchen
• Prepare and cook Mexican cuisine dishes
• Handle high-volume service during busy periods
• Maintain kitchen standards and food safety

Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience preferred
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment
• Long-term commitment of at least one year
• Availability for night and weekend work
