Responsibilities

• Handle general administration including emails, phone calls, and processing reservations
• Organize housekeeping schedules and perform quality checks
• Provide guest services and local Rotorua advice
• Conduct property maintenance including pool testing and waste management

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of Rotorua region
• Right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to work shifts unsupervised including weekends and public holidays
