Description

Store person role at Hermitage Hotel managing food and non-food inventory, generally Monday to Friday with some weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Receive and check off food and non-food items
  • Manage stores inventory
  • Distribute supplies to various hotel areas
  • Handle busy store operations

Requirements

  • Able to work without supervision
  • Physically fit
  • Well-structured and organized
  • Able to follow instructions accurately
  • Strong counting and verification skills
  • Knowledge of food handling preferred
  • Understanding of FIFO (First In First Out) advantageous
  • Minimum 6 months commitment
