Description
Store person role at Hermitage Hotel managing food and non-food inventory, generally Monday to Friday with some weekends.
Responsibilities
- Receive and check off food and non-food items
- Manage stores inventory
- Distribute supplies to various hotel areas
- Handle busy store operations
Requirements
- Able to work without supervision
- Physically fit
- Well-structured and organized
- Able to follow instructions accurately
- Strong counting and verification skills
- Knowledge of food handling preferred
- Understanding of FIFO (First In First Out) advantageous
- Minimum 6 months commitment
