Description

Casual garden maintenance position maintaining outdoor spaces across retirement villages in Waikato and Bay of Plenty regions.

Responsibilities

• Mowing small plant areas
• Weeding, pruning, and hedge trimming
• Developing new garden beds and landscapes
• Hand-pulling weeds and vegetation control
• General labour duties as required
• Ensuring safety for self, team, and residents

Requirements

• Full, current driver's licence
• Experience driving manual preferred
• Solid work ethic and hands-on, can-do attitude
• Knowledge of health and safety practices or willingness to learn
• Good communication skills
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the role
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test
