Responsibilities

• Leading harvesting teams
• Forklift operation, load planning, and data entry
• Tractor and machinery operation
• Crop planning and forecasting
• Staff coordination and leadership
• Managing business and reporting systems
• Health & safety compliance
• Sales and marketing involvement

Requirements

• Aspire to leadership/management roles

• Ability to perform physical work including lifting up to 20kg
