Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Manage inventory and stock control
• Train and supervise staff members
• Create and execute beverage programs
• Maintain high customer service levels
• Work with kitchen and bar staff for efficient operations

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Proficiency in reservation/waitlist systems and POS operations
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
• Current GM Certificate and LCQ preferred
