Event coordinator role for glamping and camping activations at festivals and weddings, including retail operations and warehouse management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and find casual staff with guidance
• Pack and prepare for events
• Travel to and from events nationwide
• Drive small truck/vehicle and trailer (manual)
• Lead event installs and pack ups
• Office admin work and support manager in business growth
• Liaise with event coordinators and clients
• Warehouse activities and maintenance
• Retail stock management and despatch support
• Marketing and content creation for business development

Requirements

• Fluency in English
• Legal ability to work in New Zealand
• Experience leading people
• Experience in the events industry
• Enjoy traveling and camping
• Able to work effectively independently
• Have own transport to get to work
• Good initiative and work ethic
• Strong communication skills and personable nature
• Physically strong
• Minimal home-based commitments
