Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personable service that keeps guests coming back
• Work across both floor and bar with a focus on floor service
• Support junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment
• Use digital systems for day-to-day operations
• Assist with restaurant setup, bookings, and guest flow
• Contribute to weekly team meetings and business discussions

Requirements

• Proven experience in a busy hospitality environment
• A warm, confident personality and genuine love of customer service
• Ability to stay calm and efficient during peak periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow systems
• Currently in New Zealand with a valid open work visa
