Full-time role engaging with potential donors in high-traffic areas to raise funds and build long-term relationships for charity partners.

Responsibilities

• Approach the public to initiate conversations about charities
• Explain donation impacts and encourage regular giving
• Provide customer service and respond to donor concerns
• Maintain records of interactions and data
• Meet team targets and improve fundraising performance

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer-facing, sales, or fundraising roles
• Track record of exceeding targets
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for charitable causes
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
