Responsibilities

• Turn travel enquiries into bookings
• Build lasting client relationships
• Ask questions and listen carefully to client needs
• Recommend options, handle objections and close sales
• Plan Pacific, cruise and long-haul journeys
• Maintain accurate work and ownership of client relationships

Requirements

• Proven sales record and motivation to achieve results
• Ability to build rapport and earn client trust
• Confidence recommending options and handling objections
• Strong attention to detail and initiative
• Curiosity about destinations and willingness to keep learning
• Travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential
