Description

A seasonal Chef de Partie supports the kitchen at a five-star luxury lodge in Northland from December 2026 through March 2027.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lodge kitchen during the busy season
• Prepare and cook food as a Chef de Partie
• Maintain professional kitchen and chef uniform standards
• Interact comfortably with guests at an exclusive lodge

Requirements

• Previous Chef de Partie experience
• Full set of chef uniform
• Own reliable car and transport
• Comfort interacting with exclusive-lodge guests
• Ability to work the December-to-March season
