Description

Provides guest service and safe helicopter ground operations, including bookings, check-ins, passenger loading, safety support and aircraft turnaround tasks.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage check-ins, bookings and enquiries
• Explain flights, safety procedures and weather conditions
• Process payments and maintain booking systems
• Load and unload helicopter passengers safely
• Provide safety briefings and marshal aircraft
• Handle cargo and support pilots and operations staff
• Prepare manifests and assist with daily base duties

Requirements

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and adaptable positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's licence
• Willingness to work full time including weekends and public holidays
• Interest in tourism and aviation
