Represent client campaigns through face-to-face sales in Tauranga, building customer relationships while earning commissions and developing toward leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in face-to-face sales campaigns
• Interact confidently with prospective customers
• Learn and apply sales and marketing techniques
• Work toward weekly performance targets
• Participate in team activities and travel campaigns
• Develop leadership capability as the business grows

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Full working rights in New Zealand
• Confident, motivated and people-oriented personality
• Strong willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Positive, enthusiastic and resilient attitude
• Previous sales experience helpful but not required
