Description

Deliver safe, exciting skydiving experiences at Skydive Wanaka through customer service, airside operations, manifesting, administration and facility support.

Responsibilities

• Greet and brief customers and manage expectations
• Assist with gearing up and post-jump procedures
• Catch parachutes and support aircraft loading and refuelling
• Prepare flight manifests and allocate customers
• Maintain records, stocktake and process reports
• Follow aviation and workplace safety requirements

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail in records and manifesting
• Proactive team attitude and safety focus
• Ability to work outdoors in physically demanding conditions
• Weekend and public holiday availability
