Description

Prepare and serve Fergburger meals in a busy Queenstown kitchen while maintaining food quality, safety, cleanliness and efficient service across rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Grilling and cooking burgers to specifications
• Operating fryers, grills and other kitchen equipment
• Assembling orders quickly and accurately
• Keeping the work station clean and organised
• Following food control and health and safety standards
• Working with kitchen and front-of-house teams

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience
• Energetic, reliable and positive attitude
• Ability to work calmly at high volume and pace
• Teamwork and willingness to learn
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Availability for rotating shifts
