Description

Operate and maintain the Seddonville Campground by welcoming visitors, cleaning facilities, monitoring bookings and supporting a welcoming community accommodation facility.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist campground visitors
• Clean toilets, showers and communal facilities
• Monitor bookings and occupancy
• Maintain campground grounds and presentation
• Respond to visitor enquiries
• Report maintenance and operational issues
• Complete routine campground administration

Requirements

• Customer service and visitor-facing ability
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, cleaning, caretaking or property maintenance is advantageous
• Willingness to undertake routine administrative work
• Ability to collaborate with the reserve subcommittee and council
