Description

Deliver front-desk guest service and support housekeeping at a busy holiday park through reservations, communications, sales, laundry and customer assistance.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and emails efficiently
• Process bookings, cash sales and refunds
• Provide local information and personalised guest service
• Handle guest requests and complaints
• Assist housekeeping with laundry and busy checkout days

Requirements

• At least six months of relevant reception experience
• Tourism or holiday-park experience
• Familiarity with booking systems and online travel agencies
• Strong customer service and English communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
