Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and direct enquiries
• Run availability checks for incoming quotes
• Cross-check final booking requirements
• Prepare passenger welcome packs and documentation
• Maintain supplies and booking reports

• Outstanding attention to detail
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Friendly professional phone manner
• Ability to work quickly under pressure
• Full clean driver's licence
• Permanent New Zealand residency status
