Description

Short-term indoor lily-bulb scaling work involving grading, conveyor operations and repetitive hand tasks in Rakaia during the late spring season.

Responsibilities

• Grade lily bulbs and work on conveyors
• Stand at a conveyor and place bulbs onto spikes
• Operate a machine to spin bulbs and separate them into smaller pieces
• Plant scaled bulb pieces outdoors as required

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Comfort performing repetitive manual work
• Ability to learn grading and conveyor procedures
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand
• Careful attention to consistent processing tasks
