Hospitality Attendants welcome ferry passengers, provide customer service and food and beverage support, and help maintain safe, clean onboard operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and answer questions about the vessel.
• Provide hospitality and customer-facing service onboard.
• Keep public spaces clean, organised and presentation-ready.
• Support food and beverage service when required.
• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow health, safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Hold a New Zealand driver licence and have reliable transport.
• Have strong communication skills and good physical fitness.
• Be available for rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Commit to grooming and uniform standards.
