Full-time seasonal orchard work removing excess apple fruitlets by hand to improve fruit quality while working outdoors as part of a productive team.

Responsibilities

• Remove excess, damaged, misshapen, or crowded apple fruitlets by hand
• Follow orchard instructions for fruit spacing and quality standards
• Work from mobile platforms to reach higher branches
• Meet team quality and productivity targets
• Maintain repetitive hand, finger, and arm movements safely

Requirements

• High level of physical fitness
• Ability to perform repetitive manual work
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Reliable timekeeping and ability to work in a team
• Valid New Zealand work visa or citizenship
• Own reliable transport, NZ bank account, and IRD number

Benefits

• $25.00 per hour plus 8% holiday pay
