Description

A duty or bar manager leads pub and bar operations, reports to the venue manager, and helps deliver quality guest service in a professional team environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting bar and pub operations
• Reporting to the venue manager
• Providing quality service and an exceptional hosting experience
• Maintaining a fun and professional atmosphere
• Working approximately 35 hours per week
• Taking on additional hours when desired

Requirements

• Strong bar and hospitality experience
• Duty manager certificate or willingness to obtain one
• Ability to provide quality guest service
• Professional team-oriented approach
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand

Benefits

• Pay of $28–$32 per hour
