Description

Coordinate nationwide glamping event operations, from staffing and logistics to installation, client liaison and administration, while based in Taupo.

Responsibilities

• Lead and find casual event staff
• Pack, prepare, install and dismantle event equipment
• Drive a manual van or small truck with trailer to events
• Liaise with event coordinators and clients
• Complete office administration, warehousing and maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Fluent English and legal ability to work in New Zealand
• Event industry and people-leadership experience
• Manual driving ability and own transport
• Physical strength and fitness for travel and installations
• Strong communication, initiative and independent work ethic
• Ability to travel, camp and spend substantial time away from base

Benefits

• NZD 28 to NZD 35 per hour
• Paid full-time seasonal position
• 25 to 65 hours per week
