Make outbound calls from home to prospective insurance customers, qualify interest in quotes or policy reviews, and pass suitable opportunities to advisers.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers
• Start conversations and qualify interest in insurance quotes or policy reviews
• Ask appropriate questions and pass qualified opportunities to advisers
• Attend daily video meetings and ongoing coaching

Requirements

• Phone-based sales, appointment-setting, telesales or lead-generation experience preferred
• Confidence speaking with strangers and handling rejection
• Self-management and ability to follow clear processes
• Basic technology skills, reliable internet and a quiet workspace
• Valid New Zealand working rights
