Description

Max People seeks experienced civil labourers with WTR endorsements for full-time Canterbury infrastructure, drainage, subdivision, and roading projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist with earthworks, trenching, and backfilling
• Support drainage, pipe laying, and underground services installation
• Assist with pavement preparation, compaction, and concreting
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small plant equipment
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Set up sites, barriers, fencing, and signage
• Follow safety procedures and participate in toolbox meetings

Requirements

• Full Class 1 New Zealand driver licence
• WTR Wheels, Tracks and Rollers endorsements
• Previous civil construction or labouring experience
• Reliable transport to site
• Physical fitness and comfort working outdoors
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
