Hostel and escape-room assistant supporting guest accommodation, game hosting, customer service, bookings, events, marketing and occasional catering in Napier.

Responsibilities

• Host escape-room games and create exceptional customer experiences
• Handle bookings, customer correspondence, cash and booking-system updates
• Assist with hostel duties and group catering when needed
• Support marketing, events, maintenance and prop creation

Requirements

• Intermediate social-media and IT skills
• Clear advanced English and strong customer-service ability
• Fast learner able to host games independently
• Basic crafting, administration and transactional skills
• Reliable, creative and able to work under pressure

Benefits

• NZD 24.30 per hour plus up to 8% depending on experience
• 15 guaranteed hours weekly with potential for additional work
• Dorm accommodation available for NZD 95 per week
• Minimum six-week commitment with varied evening and weekend work
