Description

A high-pressure holiday-park reception role handling guest services, bookings and administration while supporting housekeeping during a busy peak season.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out
• Answer phones and emails
• Manage bookings, reservations and guest accounts
• Process sales, cash handling and refunds
• Provide local information and personalised guest service
• Handle requests and complaints positively
• Enter customer and wholesaler data
• Assist the housekeeping team when needed

Requirements

• At least six months of reception experience
• Understanding of online travel agencies
• Booking-system familiarity; Seekom advantageous
• Strong customer service and administration skills
• High-level written and spoken English
• Organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work under peak-season pressure
• Current work visa and team-player attitude
