Description

Support Bivouac Outdoor's retail systems, purchasing, inventory and product data across stores and head office on a six-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for retail systems across stores and head office
• Match purchase orders and invoices and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain product, supplier, pricing and system data
• Support receipting, stock discrepancies, inventory adjustments and transfers
• Assist with replenishment, stock levels, price changes and seasonal ranging

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confidence using computer systems and stock information
• Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
• Clear, friendly communication
• Experience in retail, purchasing, inventory, accounts administration or retail systems is advantageous
