Description

Seasonal orchard support staff work across Tasman and Canterbury orchards in supervisory, quality, tagging and tractor-support roles through the 2026–27 season.

Responsibilities

• Support orchard operations in Tasman and Canterbury
• Supervise or assist with quality checking and bin tagging
• Drive tractors where assigned and help coordinate staff
• Follow health and safety procedures and complete the season

Requirements

• Relevant people-management or orchard experience
• Physical fitness and mobility
• Confident communication and attention to detail
• Valid visa or New Zealand residency and ability to work independently

Benefits

• NZD $25–$27.50 per hour depending on role and experience
