The assistant manager helps run a seaside restaurant and bar, combining front-of-house service with day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities

• Help manage day-to-day restaurant and bar operations
• Provide front-of-house service for lunch and dinner
• Work a mix of daytime, nighttime and weekend shifts
• Support a flexible range of duties

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality or a similar role
• Positive and flexible attitude
• Exceptional English communication
• New Zealand residency or valid New Zealand work visa
• Availability over holidays, New Year and the summer season
