Description

The role leads a busy bistro, restaurant, bar and cafe team while delivering excellent customer service in Hanmer Springs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during restaurant, bar and cafe operations
• Work behind the bar or on the floor
• Handle cash and maintain attention to service detail
• Work rotating evening and weekend shifts

Requirements

• Current Duty Manager Certificate or LCQ
• Understanding of New Zealand liquor laws
• Experience in a similar role
• Food and beverage knowledge
• Excellent English and communication skills
• Legal right to work in New Zealand
