A front-of-house senior waiter role delivering table service and guest experiences in a busy, sustainable neighbourhood restaurant in Dunedin.

Responsibilities

• Look after an assigned restaurant section
• Provide table service and a strong guest experience
• Clear and carry multiple plates
• Provide tray service for drinks
• Upsell food and beverages

Requirements

• At least two years of table-service waiting experience
• Passion for customer service
• Interest in wine and food
• Strong communication and presentation
• Ability to learn systems quickly and work to structured processes
