Description

A family-run Tasman orchard seeks a Class 5 truck driver for fixed-term apple, pear and blackcurrant orchard operations from late January through mid-May.

Responsibilities

• Drive trucks for orchard operations
• Handle, lift, carry, push and pull orchard materials and equipment
• Work 10 to 40 hours Monday to Friday, with Saturdays by negotiation
• Follow drug-free workplace expectations and safe working practices

Requirements

• Full Class 5 driver licence
• Previous truck-driving experience
• Drug-free status
• Physical capability for manual handling
• Hard-working and enthusiastic attitude
