Description

A varied resort position combining reception, hospitality service, housekeeping support and groundskeeping at Te Mata Views Resort near Havelock North.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest check-in, check-out, phone and booking enquiries
• Assist with food and beverage service in the bar and bistro
• Support accommodation cleaning and turnover
• Maintain gardens and outdoor areas

Requirements

• Hospitality, maintenance and reception experience
• Friendly, reliable customer-service approach
• Willingness to work across varied duties
• Flexibility during peak periods and ability to provide two references
