Description

A six-week indoor seasonal role grades and scales lily bulbs on conveyor equipment, requiring repetitive standing work and planting preparation in a team.

Responsibilities

• Grade lily bulbs while working on a conveyor belt.
• Pick up bulbs by hand and place them on spikes.
• Operate a machine to spin bulbs and break them into smaller pieces.
• Support preparation of scaled pieces for outdoor planting.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual work.
• Grading and conveyor-work skills.
• Eligibility to work legally in New Zealand.
• Reliability and willingness to work in an unheated environment.
